Ameen Peer Dargah is a Sufi shrine nestled in Kadapa District in Andhra Pradesh, which is also known as Ashtana-e-MagdoomIlahi. The shrine is visited by the people of all faiths and religions who believe in communal harmony. The shrine is home to two Sufi saints, Arufulla Hussaini II and Peerullah Hussaini. It is said that the dargah was built in 1683 and the local people say that it is 324 years old.
Witness the Ajmer of the south
It is believed that Perrullah Hussaini was a descendant of Prophet Mohammad and used to visit the Sufi saints across the whole country. The dargah is also referred as Ajmer Dargah of the south.
When to visit
The gates of the dargah are open for the devotees from 5:30 am to 10 am in the morning and from 5 pm to 10 pm in the evening everyday. On Fridays the dargah is also open from 12:30 pm to 3 pm in the afternoon.
