HussainSagar: One of the most prominent landmark and attractions of Hyderabad

HussainSagar is a large lake barely 1.5 kilometres from the main city and a peaceful respite from the crowd that the people often experience. There are many attractions in and around the lake. The lake geographically divides the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad and makes for an enormously popular tourist attraction. At the centre of the lake, there is a park called the Lumbini Park is constructed where a massive Buddha statue stands tall. HussainSagaris served by MMTS rail stations at Necklace Road and James Park. It is also well connected by road and can easily be reached by bus and taxi from all parts of Hyderabad.
